Event Booking Terms & Conditions
You will need to organise and pay for your expenses to and from Brisbane QLD separately. Travel to and from Brisbane is not included in your payment. Accommodation is not included in your payment.
To help you coordinate your travel plans, here is an overview of our workshop schedule:
- Sunday 14th August – 4pm – 6pm Workshop Welcome (Location TBC, Fortitude Valley, QLD)
- Monday 15th August – 9am – 5pm Workshop Day 1 (Loyal Hope, Fortitude Valley, QLD)
- Tuesday 16th August – 9am - 5pm Workshop Day 2 (Loyal Hope, Fortitude Valley, QLD)
We will also be organising informal dinners on Monday + Tuesday in the local area. Participation is 100% optional and costs are 100% your responsibility.
The following meals + beverages are included in your tuition:
Sunday 14th August – Welcome Drinks
Monday 15th August – Morning Tea + Lunch, beverages while at the workshop venue
Tuesday 16th August – Morning Tea + Lunch, beverages while at the workshop venue
BOOKING & PAYMENT PLAN
You have the option to pay $3849 AUD as a single payment for this workshop. Or pay $1997 AUD today to secure your booking. Another $1997 AUD will automatically be charged to your card in 30 days. ($3994 AUD in total.)
We will have a photographer on hand to capture all the magic of the workshop. We will also be coordinating two photoshoots to capture images of you “at work”.
We will use these photos in future Little Bird marketing activities and you will also have permission to use the full suite of images. Following the workshop, you will have access to the full image library including full rights to use all images in your own marketing activities (website + social media). These images will be provided at no additional charge to you.
If, at any time during the workshop, you do not wish to have your photo taken, please let us know. Otherwise, you agree to have your beautiful face featured on our Instagram feed and website.
CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
Due to the nature of this event, all payments made are non-refundable. Be sure to confirm the dates and your availability before you book your spot at the workshop. No refunds will be provided (sorry, no exceptions).
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In this instance, you will be refunded your initial payment, and any subsequent payment(s) you have made towards the workshop fee. Please note that any travel expenses you incur won’t be refunded by us.
FORCE MAJEURE (Including COVID-19)
In the event we are unable to host the workshop due to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, equipment or transmission failure or any other event reasonably beyond our control, we will reschedule the event to a later date.
You will have the option of transferring your booking to that future date or to enrolment in our online Flower Boss Bootcamp.
In the event that you are unable to attend due to a force majeure event listed above, you can transfer your booking to enrolment in our online Flower Boss Bootcamp.
All guests attending must comply with QLD Government health directions and restrictions and comply fully with any Condition of Entry document while onsite at each workshop venue.
